2026 is a pivotal year for providers in the protection and health industry, COVER is proud to once again be recognising the best of the best at the COVER Customer Care Awards.
The FCA Pure Protection Market Study has made one thing clear, the industry’s products deliver on promises in the vast majority of cases. But there will always be space for innovators to push the boundaries of what is possible in the provider space.
This year, a focus on inclusivity and service levels will be the defining characteristics our judges will be looking for in order to sort the best from the rest. Improving underwriting times, paying claims, supporting underserved communities and broadening policy terms are critical for success in 2026.
Operating as submission-based awards, this year there are 12 awards aimed at organisations and four open to individual applicants, including the coveted Outstanding Protection and Health Leader and our *NEW* Rising Star award.
Focused on highlighting the support insurance providers offer advisers and their clients, the Customer Care Awards 2026 are open to insurance providers operating within protection and health as well as third-party providers.
