Gavin spent over 10 years working in AXA Health as Head of SME Client Delivery and then Head of Partnership Development before co-founding Equipsme health insurance. Launched in 2018, Equipsme set out to disrupt the market and make business health insurance simple, easy to understand and more affordable. Equipsme now supports businesses of all sizes from the self-employed to UK Plc’s who want to support more of their workforce by giving them access to private health support. Gavin leads all distributor and partnership relationships for Equipsme.
