Lisa Sturley is the FCA's Head of Insurance Market Intervention, supervising a range of Insurers, Brokers and Funeral Plan providers. With over 30 years of financial services experience, she has worked across a range of sectors including investment banking and insurance, with previous roles at RBS and Credit Suisse. Most recently, Lisa has coordinated the FCA’s response to the investigation into the failure of London Capital and Finance; implemented the General Insurance Pricing Practice rules and; onboarded Funeral Plan providers into FCA regulation.
