I've underwritten or distributed just about every type of insurance over the years (though still yet to tackle Satellite Insurance), and continue to buzz of the creativity and passion our industry has in protecting families and their businesses.

My recent work has been focussing on improving outcomes for underserved target markets, including those with vulnerable characteristics. Working with insurers, partners, aggregators, service providers and marketing teams, its clear that we all have the same desire to ensure the markets great products are distributed in a way our customers can get the best value and support.
