Dave has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working with various networks and firms. More recently Dave has focused on consultancy within large mortgage brokerages, majoring on consumer duty, recruitment, sales skills, and all things protection. For the last 3 years he has held the position of Head of Protection for Mortgage 1st, a firm of around 50 advisers, working day to day with all aspects of the client protection journey and wider service proposition, and including the launch of Workplace 1st which provides employee benefits and staff surgeries to businesses throughout the UK. He is a regular speaker and panellist at industry events.
