Peter Lukacs is Head of the Competition Economics Department at the Financial Conduct Authority and has been working in the field of competition policy for over 25 years. Prior to joining the FCA he worked at Monitor the NHS regulator and the Office of Fair Trading. Over that time, he has led a wide range of competition enforcement cases and market studies.
