Phil has over 25 years’ experience in the health claims environment, working for a number of different insurers and a reinsurer before joining Guardian in 2018 to build their claims proposition. Phil is passionate about claims, not just in helping customers when they need it most but making sure that claims experience helps shape the products and services of the future.
