Rich is Head of Individual Protection for MetLife in the UK. He is responsible for the continuing expansion of the Individual Protection business line and is a member of the UK Executive Committee.

Rich has worked for MetLife for 14 years and within the industry for over 22. He has a background in strategically delivering new products to market, establishing advice process requirements with firms, and managing distributor relationships.

Rich is passionate about innovative solutions where customer need is at the heart of the proposition. He takes great pride in leading, coaching and developing teams. Rich has the Diploma in Financial Planning and has the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

Spending time with his family is what he enjoys the most. Rich’s degree was in Sports Science, and he retains a keen interest in many sports, particularly running and football (he is a lifelong Liverpool fan). A proud Yorkshireman he enjoys getting out and about walking and being as active as possible with his family.
