Beth is a seasoned wellbeing consultant with a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight; she began her career as an Occupational Therapist, working across diverse hospital settings including stroke rehabilitation, cancer care, chronic fatigue, and rapid response. Her passion for enabling recovery led her to specialise in Vocational Rehabilitation, supporting individuals and employers in navigating complex return-to-work journeys.

Beth spent over a decade and a half at Unum, where she evolved from clinical roles into leadership, spearheading innovative wellbeing and absence management programmes, with her work being recognised for its impact on employee experience. She has contributed expert guidance on musculoskeletal health, cancer risk reduction, and inclusive wellbeing strategies.

Now in consultancy, Beth partners with organisations to evaluate and evolve their health equity and wellbeing strategies, ensuring they are inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with business outcomes. Her approach integrates clinical insight, employee benefits knowledge, and a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), helping clients deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.

Beth also serves as the Work Ability Co-Chair for the WTW Employee Resource Group (ERG), where she champions accessibility, inclusion, and support for employees navigating health and work challenges.
