Colin was appointed GRiD Chair in January 2024 after serving as a Steering Committee member for several years. Colin has been an employee benefits professional for more than forty years and most of his career has been in group protection with a couple of visits into the corporate PMI space; he's had the pleasure of representing Unum and Bupa for around twenty years and has been with Legal & General in his current role as Distribution Director, Group Protection for eight years. Colin holds an MBA from Henley Business School. Colin regards himself as a customer advocate and enjoys the fact that no two days are the same. He views every day as a learning experience and strives to provide improvements and focus on excellent customer experiences.
