Having worked in Leadership Development and Coaching for over 20 years Vicki made the decision to apply this knowledge and experience to the area DEI and in particular, Social Mobility. Vicki is currently the Social Mobility Lead within Phoenix Group and has a clear aim to provide increased opportunities to those from Low Socio-Economic backgrounds across all levels and all career stages within Phoenix Group.
