The COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards, in association with Women in Protection Network, is our opportunity to recognise the women and organisations that are raising the bar for the value chain across the protection and health industry.

2024 was a year for change in our industry, consumer duty continued to alter the way our value chain approaches customers and the FCA market study shone a spotlight on firms, products and adviser practices. It was a year which saw the protection and health industry step up and rise to the challenges presented.

On the heels of this change, COVER aims to recognise the women spearheading the charge and providing leadership, to providers and advisers alike, during this industry-shift. Who are the women making change happen? Who is responding to market shifts? Who is expanding the customer-base and serving new consumers? These are the questions we aim to answer.
