Fair4All Finance are a not-for-profit organisation funded by dormant assets with the mission to increase the financial resilience & wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing availability of fair & accessible products & services. Jake is responsible for strategy, impact and market insight at Fair4All Finance and has also led their work with the insurance sector to broaden Fair4All Finance’s focus to identify the areas of most need and how dormant assets could be used to help close the protection gap. Jake has been at Fair4All Finance since 2021, before which he worked at The Money & Pension Services (MaPS) developing the National Strategy for Financial Wellbeing and previously in the telecommunications industry as an HR Director including and 12 years as a defined benefit pension trustee. Outside of work, Jake volunteers at a shelter for the homeless and keeps active by running, swimming, and playing tennis. But not all at the same time.
