Vicky Churcher is a highly respected leader with nearly 30 years' experience in financial services, known for her expertise in distribution, intermediary relationships and the protection market. She currently holds a portfolio of senior roles, serving as Independent Non-Executive Director at Cirencester Friendly, Executive Director of the iptf (Income Protection Task Force) and Chair of the Vitality Advisory Board, alongside independent consultancy work.

Before moving into her current portfolio, Vicky spent five years as Intermediary Director at AIG, leaving in July 2023. Earlier in her career, she held Head of Sales roles at both Ageas and Bupa, building a strong track record of driving growth and championing the Adviser community.

Her contribution to the industry has been recognised with several notable awards over the past five years, and she remains a passionate advocate for raising awareness of Protection and the value of financial resilience.
