Customer Care Awards 2025
Friday 27th June 2025 - Marriott Grosvenor Square, London
COVER is delighted to again recognise the providers changing the game in customer support at the Customer Care Awards 2025.
Creating good customer outcomes is critical in 2025, with Consumer Duty continuing to demand more and more of the industry to ensure customers are provided the best service possible.
It also comes at a time of great uncertainty, the FCA Pure Protection Market Study could bring great change to the sector. One thing is certain, customer care will be at the heart of any change afoot.
These awards seek to highlight providers and individuals that have gone above and beyond to create good customer outcomes, innovate processes and be the gold standard for industry peers. Operating as submission-based awards, this year there are 12 awards aimed at organisations and four open to individual applicants, including the coveted Outstanding Protection and Health Leader and Young Insurance Person of the Year awards.
Focused on highlighting the support insurance providers offer advisers and their clients, the Customer Care Awards 2025 are open to insurance providers operating within protection and health as well as third-party providers.
