Peter has a background in Marketing, and has responsibility for Zurich’s engagement in Life industry issues. He is involved in consumer and regulatory developments in the protection and broader financial services market, chairs the ILAG Board, and is a member of the ABI Health and Protection, and BIBA’s Access to Insurance committee. From 2021 to 2025 he was the Disability and Access Ambassador for the Insurance industry, a post that reports through to the Disability Unit in the Cabinet Office

Since joining MetLife in 2011, she has built a successful leadership career focused on driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering commercial results. A passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Rupinder launched MetLife’s first women's network across EMEA and continues to champion opportunities for women and underrepresented groups.
